```Duties```
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in need, including those with dementia, physical disabilites, and others requiring specialized care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients.
- Medication reminders.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and supportive environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work with individuals that need cognitive rehabilitation or other developmental disabilities.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of patients.
