Olive Recruiting is looking for a Sales Administrator to work with our client near Manassas, VA. This role will work directly with the sales and accounting team to support, track and bill customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction, projects, crane and rigging, or logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Create and track quotes, entering details in system
- Review PO inbox, update rentals with correct POs, and provide necessary updates.
- Collaborate with billing clerks to resolve PO questions and follow up on billing attempts
- Complete Pre-Qualification Forms (PQFs)
- Generate reports, including weekly turndown and new customer reports.
- Order Certificates of Insurance and request W-9s
- Assist VP of Business Development with ROCIP/OCIP tasks, including tracking and reporting monthly hours for ROCIP/OCIP customers
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of sales support or billing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Fleet Cost and Care is desired but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
