Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of vehicles, including tractor-trailers and flatbeds, while ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Duties

• Operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and refrigerated trailers.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload freight as necessary, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any delays or issues encountered during deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.

Skills

• Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with route driving and delivery driving in various environments.
• Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate flatbed trucks and manage diverse cargo types.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges on the road.
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
• A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.

Pay: From $0.45 per mile
