What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Olive Tree Management?
We are looking for a painter who is quick, clean and professional, that spackles well (wet sand, when possible) and can ideally sand and paint a 1 bedroom unit, in a day (Kitchens and bathrooms in colored semi-gloss, all doors and trim white semi-gloss, walls colored flat, ceilings in flat white)
Requirements :
- Must have own reliable vehicle that can be used for work.
- Must have valid drivers license and willing to travel.
- Must have their own tools.
