What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Services Coordinator position at Olive Tree Management?
We are looking for an experienced Resident Services Coordinator(RSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills as well as conversational and negotiating skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all tickets have current notes and pictures are uploaded
- Enter requests received from contact center are entered and review web tickets to ensure emergencies are addressed
- Manage extermination list by noting all accounts and ensuring follow up suggested by exterminator is completed
- The RSC is the first point of contact with all maintenance related complaints and must be able to diffuse an irate resident
- Prepare all notices for occupied vendor repairs including pest control
- Send complaint notices as complaints are received and follow up to ensure all issues outlined in a complaint are addressed.
- Following property inspections, send notices needed and follow up to ensure outstanding items are addressed
- Assist with Administrative tasks in the office based on the needs of the team, including but not limited to: walking vacant units, assisting in leasing to prospective residents, executing lease renewals, explaining resident accounts, etc.
Skills
- Proven working experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
