Position : Junior Public Relations Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and at least 2 years in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive media engagement strategies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals.
Develop best practices for media outreach and follow-up.
Arrange interviews and press engagements.
Manage sensitive issues to maintain the company’s reputation.
Serve as the company’s spokesperson with excellent communication skills.
Research and assist with strategic publicity opportunities.
Contribute innovative ideas for brand development and advertising on social media.
Assist with events and project launches for company beauty brands.
Deliver compelling information to media professionals for maximum coverage.

Qualifications :

3-5 years in public relations, with a minimum of 2 years in the beauty industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Flexibility as tasks and priorities shift.

Understanding of influencer outreach and gifting.

Organized and self-motivated.

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Capable of working well in a team and individually.

Proven ability to build relationships with writers and editors.

Creative and solution-oriented thinker.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : $138,000.00 - $163,000.00 per year

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Application Requirements : Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the direct selling industry, with a proven track record of success and building large organizations with over 10,000 consultants. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer in the beauty industry is required.
