Role : Integrated Marketing Manager

About the role :
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that support public policy, societal impact and philanthropies initiatives. This role bridges marketing, public affairs, technology / AI and social media to deliver impactful communications. This person plays a crucial role in coordinating briefs, requests and feedback, interacting directly with clients daily, translating their input into actionable production plans, and ensuring the seamless operation of various marketing campaigns.
What you will be doing :
- Lead end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis
- Develop and maintain project timelines, and resource allocation plans across multiple concurrent initiatives. Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including policy experts, creative professionals, and external agencies and partners
- Create and manage detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics
- Oversee the handoff of campaigns to the production team and the social team, ensuring strategic alignment across social media, email, web, and paid digital platforms
- Ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with public affairs objectives and corporate messaging. Maintain brand consistency across all touch points
- Coordinate content development across various digital channels
- Provide post-campaign debriefs based on data-driven insights to optimize future efforts
- Serve as the primary liaison between various teams from public affairs, marketing, and stakeholders / subject matter experts
- Maintain a detailed record of project discussions, provide project summaries, lead project syncs, and identify risk situations where collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to reach a resolution.
- Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and agencies

Salary : $93,500 - $104,500
