We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our multi-channel marketing campaigns across a variety of disciplines. This role has a heavy focus on digital, so it is essential you are proficient in online marketing communications and project management.
What you will be doing:- Manage client relationships to ensure successful develop and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and serve as a primary contact to manage day-to-day requests
- Partner with clients to shape the strategies that attract and engage audiences and help guide optimizations of marketing campaigns across multiple /touchpoints (social, digital, events/conferences)
- Lead, manage and execute fast-paced digital projects to create content, messaging and assets (e.g. videos) to attract and engage candidates
- Partner with key client stakeholders, the IIG on- site team and any external agencies/vendors to develop project plans that meet the overall timing needs for high-quality deliverables
- Build relationships and collaborate with multiple functions, including Corporate Equity, Corporate Communications, Legal, Trademark and digital technology to gain stakeholder alignment and sponsorship of key projects
- Project managing new website builds and on-going improvements to several company websites, managing multiple stakeholders in the business
- Lead internal team and ensure projects are tracked across all team leads. Engage leadership for support with team challenges/client communications as needed
- In collaboration with team managers, be on the pulse with industry trends and identify opportunities to raise brand awareness
- Manage and execute quarterly Management Information reports for clients
- Own team building and connection activities
- Oversee Account and Project Managers
- 7 years of account or project management experience
- Advertising agency experience is preferred
- Experience managing and leading account team
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and experience of managing a budget
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Experience managing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
