About the role:

Using our unique methodology, and supported by bespoke technology, we design, build, and operate specialist, dedicated agencies with our clients. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies for one of the world's largest consumer healthcare portfolios, crafting engaging content while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media communities and creating engaging content for consumer healthcare brands. You will develop and implement social media strategies that educate and engage consumers while adhering to regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics and optimize content to drive engagement and brand awareness in the OTC and VMS space.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for healthcare brands
- Create engaging, compliant content across multiple social platforms
- Monitor and moderate social media communities
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure content compliance
- Manage social listening and community engagement
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
- Report on social media KPIs and campaign performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns
- Optimize content for different social platforms
- Utilize Gen AI platforms for content optimization
What you need to be great in this role:
- Minimum 4 years of social media management experience, with healthcare or pharmaceutical background preferred
- Experience creating FDA/regulatory compliant social content
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities
- Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform requirements
- Experience with content creation and community management
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Understanding of OTC/VMS market dynamics
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience with Gen AI platforms and tools
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
