About The Role
Are you a passionate strategist with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving beauty industry and AI? This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Beauty Strategist to play a vital role in pioneering AI solutions and crafting comprehensive campaigns for our client's Beauty Brands that resonate deeply with beauty audiences and place B&W. In this multifaceted strategic role at Oliver's in-house digital and social studio, you'll drive creative and AI effectiveness across the huge breadth of content, digital and social campaigns on both a global and local scale. You will also be at the forefront of using Generative AI to drive more personalized creative work alongside identifying innovative AI solutions to place B&W at the forefront of AI. You’ll work closely with the leaders of our client, and our Beauty and Wellbeing client teams to ensure that the work we produce is rooted in relevant behavioral and brand insight, is unmissable in culture, and delivers excellent business results. It is a fast -paced role, working across our client's entire beauty brand portfolio, from global brands to local jewels.
We're seeking a seasoned strategist with a proven track record of success in the beauty industry. Or a proven obsession and deep understanding of the ever-evolving beauty industry. A deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior, trends, and cultural nuances is essential. Your strategic thinking will be instrumental in identifying ground- breaking creative solutions that push boundaries within the beauty and AI landscape. You'll be adept at translating data insights into actionable and inspiring strategic direction. A passion and curiosity for the latest technology, in particular Generative AI, is essential. You’ll be highly audience focused, adept at drawing insight from quantitative data and qualitative audience sentiment. You will be skilled in developing cross platform digital strategies. You will understand and champion platform best practice alongside beauty expertise. You will be passionate about developing thumb-stopping creative ideas in social channels. You will be skilled in interpreting effectiveness data, helping teams to optimize their work. You’ll be joining our North America team in New York, working very closely with the business leads, head of Global beauty strategy and creative leads.
The role is a Hybrid role and works very closely with a wide range of clients across their Beauty and Wellness, business groups. We has charged our Client with helping them ensure B&W is a trailblazer in all things AI. This role will be pivotal in supporting them on that journey by pioneering the use of Generative AI to bring increased speed, performance and innovation to B&W marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of beauty brands, and across a breadth of marketing challenges and opportunities. - Interpreting performance dashboards to help us understand, optimize and improve the effectiveness of our creative work
- Identifying opportunities for groundbreaking creative work that push boundaries within the beauty landscape
- Using your insatiable curiosity for everything beauty, from emerging trends to timeless aesthetics, you’ll help elevate beauty craft and ensure our client's brand are beautifully relevant
- You’ll help the team and clients stay ahead of the curve by analyzing beauty trends and cultural shifts, keeping your finger on the pulse of what ignites audiences to position our client and its team as thought leaders
- You will have a great blend of analytical and creative thinking skills: able to plan strategies and campaigns in a methodical and data driven way, but also able to produce insight that inspires creatives.

- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $130,000.00 to $145,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
