About the role : We are looking for a
Content Production Specialist
to work with a leading manufacturer of consumer-packaged goods on their Content and Production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production strategy and understanding content creation for integrated marketing campaigns (inclusive but not limited to TVC, digital, print, eCommerce, and shopper marketing).
As a Content Production Specialist, you must be ready to drive production execution excellence through collaborative planning with the IAT and Marketers. Be a creative and strategic thinker, clear understanding of how to understand media plans and specs and translate into content opportunities, have outstanding writing and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment across multiple teams, organizations, and geographies. This role will be client-facing, where there will be ongoing face-to-face meetings working closely with the client, and external, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful delivery of content to designated platforms.
What you will be doing :
Responsible for consulting, governing, allocating, and overseeing the production of content, liaising with key stakeholders, local markets, agency of records, Production / Martech Partners (with specialist capabilities) as required for the successful delivery of projectsConsult on production considerations with Partner Agencies and Lead Marketers through IAT process - ensure big ideas can be producedOversee content creation with production vendor and media team to ensure the right content is made and delivered for in-market activationProvide production considerations leveraging Plug & Play Partners to ensure content is made at scaleManage added value production and content creation through key media partnersPartner with creative agencies for cross-platform synergy of production processes and operational efficienciesCross-question media plans and suggest revision to ensure content is designed to fit plansWhat you need to be great in this role :
5 years of experience in account, project, and content production management with proven track knowledge of digital ad landscapes and nuances of how stories and assets might come together based on different media buysDemonstrated experience in video and still imagery production, production business affairs, and usage rights trackingStrong strategic thinker and resourceful problem-solverContent Production education, strategy, and innovation expertise in service to brand marketersAbility to influence, negotiate, and advise based upon what decision is being made to ensure we are creating value, delivering the most relevant messaging possible, and inspiring consumers to act at all points of their journeyCompelling relationship builder with proven ability to gain respect, trust, and confidence of senior management, partners, and clientsA passion for digital trends and deep knowledge of the local media landscape, channels, audience behavior, and best practicesAbility to synthesize complex information or broad ideas into simple and actionable insightsA keen eye for detail and out-of-the-box thinkingEffective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations while simultaneously driving multiple complex projectsExcellent interpersonal skills and positive attitudeConfident and comfortable working in a fast-pacedAbility to multitask, take initiative, and work effectively and efficientlyStrong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organizedProficient in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP - Workflow) technologies a plusExperience leading a teamKnowledge of consumer-packaged goodsFamiliarity and interest in exploring AIAt the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
