- We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to be a Sales Representative at our office in Lebanon, NJ.
- This position will proactively create new opportunities to build relationships through their assigned Territory.
- The business is a design build firm that focuses on three primary commercial sectors, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and security.

- Base Salary based on previous experience, education and certifications held.
Responsibilities Of The Position
- Sprinkler layout and system design
- Service Sales quotes and material ordering
- Review of specifications and bid documents
- Knowledge regarding NFPA and building codes related to fire protection
- Maintain sales information in CRM database
- Attend walk throughs, visit customers, and steady involvement with relevant associations
- Meet or exceed given sales goals
- NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED
- Build customer relationships through prospecting and estimating
- Complete bid paperwork including pre-qualifications
- Maintain bid load and meet expected bid dates
- Assist senior estimators as needed
- Learn and master estimating software (Hydrabid)
- 4-year college degree or 2 years of industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Must have a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office (excel and word), and Project
- Desire to learn
- Strong in Organization, planning, and scheduling
- Superior communication and relationship building skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong personal desire to succeed
- Microsoft Office Software
- CRM databases (preferred but not required)
- Ability to interpret Building and Fire Codes (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commute daily
- Speak Fluent English
- Able to pass a drug and background screening
- Pay Scale based on previous experience, education and/or certifications held.
