• Manage PR strategy, media outreach, and event planning, including influencer and ambassador events from ideation to execution.
• Oversee all organic marketing efforts, including content marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and community-driven engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all marketing and product materials align with the brand's aesthetic.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a DTC marketing role, with demonstrated success in content and experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage content-driven marketing strategies and campaigns without reliance on paid media.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including SEO tools, influencer platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of data visualization and reporting tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a track record of developing impactful brand campaigns.
