Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a tech-savvy and creative Entry-Level Marketing Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely and under the direction of the Marketing and Brand Strategist to execute; assist with marketing campaigns, post content / manage social media platforms, assist with email marketing initiatives, and support lead generation and sponsorship activities. Duties / Responsibilities :

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels, and proactively suggesting innovative approaches or adjustments to improve engagement.

Social Media Expertise and Management :

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Help develop creative video content to showcase company services and community involvement, actively suggesting new formats or trends that align with our goals.

Email Marketing and Activation :

Support the use of Service Titan to segment lists and activate email and text messaging campaigns to customers and potential customers.

Assist in tracking campaign performance data, suggesting ways to optimize future email strategies.

Project Coordination :

Traffic marketing projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

Content Support and Creation

Assisting with print design and social media content

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong interest in learning and leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI-driven marketing tools.

Initiative and a creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas that align with marketing goals.

Education and Experience :

Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation (TikTok, Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn)

Knowledge of or interest in learning AI-driven marketing tools and emerging digital technologies.

Salary : $35,000 - $42,000 annually with opportunities for professional development.
