Oliver Inc is seeking a dedicated onsite IT ERP Support Specialist with strong expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) and a versatile background in IT infrastructure. This role involves an 80% focus on ERP support and a 20% focus on infrastructure tasks . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth ERP operations, supporting end-users, and maintaining infrastructure reliability.
About the Role :
In this opportunity as our IT ERP Support Specialist, you will :
ERP Support (80%) :
- Provide daily technical support for JD Edwards (JDE) , including troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and user assistance.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute system enhancements or modifications.
- Monitor and optimize ERP system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Assist with JDE-related integrations, interfaces, and reports.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users to promote ERP adoption and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors or external consultants for advanced JDE-related tasks or projects.
IT Infrastructure Support (20%) :
