Senior Claims Examiner, Management Liability
We are partnered with an extremely reputable global specialty insurer on a brand new senior claims examiner opportunity within the Management Liability division.
In this position you will handle a caseload of highly complex EPL, D&O and fiduciary claims within the healthcare industry.
To qualify for this position you must have:
- Very strong coverage analysis experience - ability to write own letters & amendments
- Litigation Experience
- EPL OR D&O (public or private) OR Fiduciary claims handling experience
This position is open to claims professionals or coverage attorneys and preferably is based from Atlanta (but also can consider Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Hartford or Philadelphia) on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote). The salary is attractive with bonus & full benefits on top.
