Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial system management plans and change management processes.
- Lead financial systems enhancements, process automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Oversee finance systems roadmap to align with corporate goals and drive efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting automation, and compliance with system controls.
- Manage system implementations, testing, user training, and issue resolution.
- Supervise a team of 2-4 employees and collaborate with internal/external partners.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of finance experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- 5 years managing cross-functional teams and external managed service teams.
- Strong technology skills, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/EPM systems (Oracle Fusion ERP preferred).
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
