What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Specialist - Private Equity position at Oliver James Associates?
Our client, a high growth Private Equity firm, is looking for a Treasury Specialist to join their fast growing internal team. Our client works on a hybrid model in downtown Chicago. Compensation is competitive and there are comprehensive health, PTO, retirement benefits, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day management of Treasury Function, cash management, and reconciliation for multiple internal funds and investment management accounts
- Prepare, maintain, and submit scheduling and reports required with the credit agreement
- Work as the primary point of contact for external vendors and investors for treasury needs
- Work to build out and maintain internal treasury processes.
- Assist the internal fund accounting, tax, deal team, and operations team
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in fund administration, Private Equity, Private Credit, or financial service operations
- Experience in the treasury space, working directly with internal Treasury function for funds
- Proficient in excel modelling and analysis
