Fund Manager - Private Equity

Our client, a leading Private Equity Firm, is looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the greater Chicago area, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and assisting with the internal accounting and reporting needs
• Analysis of capital calls and distributions
• Collaboration with internal and external teams, including investors, treasury, and operations teams.
• Complete weekly and monthly fund performance and investor reporting
• Preparing and supporting the partners for capital allocations
• Management and development of internal team
• Assist in special projects and support on ad-hoc requests
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is a plus
• At least 5-10 years of experience in financial service industry or public accounting firm, with specialisation in private equity, private credit, hedge fund, fund of funds, real estate and venture capital funds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
