Role
As Manager, Statutory Reporting, you will be a key contributor in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory accounting standards while optimizing reporting processes. Key responsibilities will include:
βοΈ Preparing and managing statutory financial statements and NAIC filings.
βοΈ Leading the monthly U.S. GAAP and statutory accounting close process.
βοΈ Utilizing advanced statutory reporting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
βοΈ Supporting audits, state regulator inquiries, and compliance assessments.
βοΈ Collaborating across teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
βοΈ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
βοΈ 4 years of statutory reporting experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
βοΈ Proficiency in SOVOS Wings statutory reporting software
βοΈ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
βοΈ Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
π° Base Salary: $110K - $120K Bonus
