They are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Director to join their Actuarial department. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the personal lines pricing strategies and product development initiatives within the Actuarial department.
• Implement pricing structures and models that align with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the successful integration of pricing strategies with overall business plans.
• Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to the senior management team to assist in decision-making processes.
• Evaluate and update the pricing models and strategies regularly based on analytical findings and market developments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in all actuarial practices.
