Senior Claims Specialist - General Liability

A leading P&C insurance carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Specialist - General Liability. In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for managing TPA relationships and handling mid to complex commercial general liability claims. You will provide claims guidance, litigation and coverage advice to ensure claims are being handled in line with time and quality expectations for the carrier.

Key/Skills Experience Required

• Extensive commercial general liability claims experience (gained at an insurance carrier)
• Direct experience handling complex, large CGL losses above $100,000 in value
• Excellent knowledge of wide ranging bodily injury types including complex matters
• Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential (including writing own coverage letters/RORs)
• Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
• The ability to act as a technical lead and provide advice to other adjusters
• Experience managing TPA relationships - highly preferred
• Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states
  
  

This is an on-site office position with an excellent salary of $108,000 - $167,000 (depending on level) along with an annual bonus up to 15%.
