We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change & Configuration Management Process Lead to speadhead efforts for establishing and maturing Change Management & CMDB processes from the ground up.

This would suit someone familiar with assisting businesses relatively new to adopting ServiceNow (~12 Months), with a user-base <2500.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the Change Management process from the ground up.
• Assess potential risks and impacts of IT changes, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate the change approval process, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Establish and enforce policies to maintain CMDB accuracy and completeness.
• Develop standardized methods for data collection, validation, and population.
• Perform routine audits and data cleansing to ensure reliability.
• Partner with IT teams to align CMDB records with the current infrastructure landscape.
• Manage risk controls and audit requirements related to IT change management.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Ensure alignment between CMDB data and IT service management objectives.
  
  

Skills Needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of experience in Change Management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow ITSM (Change Management) and CMDB.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing IT risk, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
