Sales and Marketing Coordinator Position Summary
We are seeking a results driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support revenue generating activities that span both Marketing and Sales activities. The role is heavily weighted towards initial lead qualification through proactive follow-up to Oliver’s lead generation activities so that the Sales Team is receiving warm-to-hot prospects. Other responsibilities include event and tradeshow support, product and competitor analysis, and digital marketing support activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of supporting both the sales and marketing departments to achieve company goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
Lead Entry and Qualification
- Enter leads into the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Communicates with Sales team to ensure lead accuracy and eliminate duplication.
- Contacts customers and prospects through email or phone with initial qualifying questions.
Consumable Volume Audits
- Monitor and contact customers regarding underutilized asset machines in the field.
Marketing and Product Management Support
Brand Marketing
- Assist Brand Marketing activities from events and trade shows to photo and video shoots to literature and collaterals.
Digital Marketing
- Assist Digital Marketing efforts by scheduling social media posts, engaging with our online community, monitoring competitor and UGC activity to provide insights, and more.
Competitive analysis
- Assist Product Management by conducting ongoing research and analysis of competitor offerings, strategies, and market trends.
Enter Innovation Form (Sales/Customer Product Requests) information into tracking sheet
- Clarify and input data from completed Innovation Forms into a designated tracking sheet.
Administrative Support – Phone Support
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, actively listening to customer needs, and promptly vetting and qualifying leads.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or marketing role
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with graphic design and/or content creation is a plus

Travel Requirements
- This position may require up to 10% travel annually to attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Travel will be domestic and may include occasional overnight stays, with flexibility needed to accommodate event schedules.
