Job Summary
Our family owned and operated RV Dealership is seeking a Detail Technician to assist our fast growing business in Norwich, NY. The candidate we are seeking may have experience in fields such as interior and exterior cleaning, housekeeping, washing and detailing. Experience is not required if the candidate is highly motivated and eager to learn and retain product knowledge. We are seeking a full time employee looking for a career to join our highly efficient team.
Responsibilities and Duties-
1. Cleans and details the interiors of new and used camping trailers and RVs.*
2. Washes and details the exteriors of new and used camping trailers and RVs.*
3. Maintains a clean workspace outside at the wash bay and inside the shop area.*
4. Performs visual inspections of all trailers to check that they are being cleaned and washed and to ensure that there are no damages or visible defects with the finish.*
5. Conducts weekly lot inspections to ensure that the trailers that are on sale are cleaned and highly presentable.*
6. Cleans, washes, and sets up trailers for display in the sales lot and orientation area.*
7. Scrapes, cleans, and paints trailer frames on new and used trailers.*
8. Removes and maintains garbage. cardboard, and waste inside shop and work areas.*
9. Maintains and removes garbage and waste from the front store and office spaces.*
10. Fills propane tanks when needed.
11. Assists technicians in service jobs.
Qualifications and Skills
College degree not required.
Superior communication and customer service skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Skills include but are not limited to:

- Ability to maintain a safe environment for our team and our customers
