Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Program Director to design and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and reward top talent across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop program designs across regions that align with business goals & objectives.
- Lead market analysis & competitive benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry.
- Lead year-end compensation processes, ensuring merit and bonus guidelines are followed and implemented.
- Drive pay equity & compliance, implementing tools and initiatives to ensure fair, equitable pay. Summarize findings for leadership and lead compliance oversight.
- Partner with the finance team on incentive calculation, annual budgets, and accrual reporting.
- Provide insights & reporting, delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- 7 years of compensation experience, with a focus on global programs.
- Deep expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, and design.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel & reporting skills.
- Ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating across multiple geographies.
- CCP certification & experience with Cornerstone are a plus.
