Bridal Shop Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks within the organization.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area’s calendar.
• Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register, including cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts.
• Provide product demos to customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to enhance customer understanding.
• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
