Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling practices.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred; nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
