Oliviana in Augusta, GA is looking for servers/waitstaff to join our team! We are located in Surrey Center at 399 Highland Avenue. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, engaged, and hospitality-driven!
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and organized section and tables
- Presenting the menu and specials and helping customers select food using menu nowledge and recommendations
- Delivering food and drinks to tables with accuracy and a sense of urgency
- Utilizing teamwork when completing sidework to keep the shift running smoothly and contribute to a better guest experience
- Delivering an outstanding experience and building relationships with return guests!
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently and stay busy
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in food service or as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus, but not required
- Must have availability to work evenings and weekends
