Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, responding to their inquiries, and assisting them with purchases.
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Support the development of new Front End Specialists by providing training and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date on all promotions and advertisements to provide accurate information to customers and support sales efforts.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of six months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines.
