The Data Entry Specialist enters product information and photography into our Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, following strict guidelines and standards. The associate’s role will be for a defined period of time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter product information from supplied lists accurately and efficiently into the PIMS.
- Upload product photography as needed into the DAM system.
- Follow provided guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Tag assets in DAM according to supplied tagging guidelines.
- Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS and DAM systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and instructions.
- Reliable and able to commit to the project duration.
- Experience making basic image edits in Photoshop or similar photo manipulation software a plus!

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
