Position Overview:
The Office Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities involved with greeting and screening
visitors, welcome and directing telephone calls, answering questions and providing information. Additional tasks include
supporting the distribution center with supply orders, invoicing as well as providing back-up support for additional
administrative and clerical departments within the facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Greeting guests in a professional, friendly, and a hospitable manner.
- Assist in HR related projects and programs.
- Take and receive messages when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicants and active associates.
- Provide backup support for other departments in administrative like tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Ability to adjust shift as needed to accommodate back-up support needs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Pay Transparency Statement:
This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this
position falls. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position,
experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum
wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.
New Hire Starting Pay Range: $16.50-$18.00 per hour.
