Job Overview
Primary Responsibilities Include: Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and
courteous manner, taking customer information, writing service tickets, communicating customer
information. Preparing estimates and billing invoices. Help coordinate and schedule jobs. Preparing
emails and written correspondence. Entering, organizing, tracking, and locating data, orders, and
invoices.
Qualifications:
Be able to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Be organized and have attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize jobs and tasks. Have regular attendance and be at work on time.
