Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Lead the creation, execution, and management of Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) plans.
- Oversee the marketing strategy to drive brand growth.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage daily sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
- Monitor key performance metrics to align with revenue goals, sales strategies, and quotas.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
- Work closely with operations and service leaders to support sales efforts that drive growth and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Manage sales team commissions and performance-based incentives.
- Prepare detailed and professional reports, proposals, and presentations for executive review.
- Stay updated with industry trends through education, networking, and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales management.
- Skills: Strong leadership in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at problem-solving, and ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
- Certifications: Not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Location:
Our client is based in Clemmons, NC. The role may require travel of up to 2 hours to job sites in the surrounding area. Occasionally, there may be opportunities to travel out of the region to support customers or contractors nationwide.
