Job Description : We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bench Technician to join our Hardware Depot team. This role involves prepping PCs, laptops, and other related equipment to ensure they meet our clients' needs and standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and configure PCs, laptops, and other hardware according to company standards.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure all equipment is properly tested and functioning after deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and service logs.
- Assist with the setup and installation of equipment at client sites as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
