1.0 FTE - Day Shifts (may occasionally require work outside of traditional business hours) - Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Sports Medicine
Starting Pay - $50.40 - $63.00 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. Will consider Associate’s degree in Nursing, if actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or healthcare field.
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Management preferred
Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience
BLS certification
Excellent team building, coaching, and performance management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing
Proficient computer skills, including : OMC Performance, Epic, Staff Scheduling, and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Job Responsibilities :
Financial Acumen
Develops, analyzes, and maintains departmental budgets.
Exhibits aggressiveness and a strong understanding of profit and loss, contribution margins, and expense and staffing variance in order to make meaningful corrections. Including timely submission of variance reports with corrective action, review of staffing with changes correlating to clinician production, and anticipation of needs for budgeting.
Organizational Support
Provides leadership, support, and guidance in supporting company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Participates in the development of the strategic goals, plans, and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the organization as a whole.
Must possess the ability to make decisions independently as needed.
Familiar with licensure requirements for healthcare employees.
Utilizes a cooperative approach to address clinician, staff, and patient concerns.
Communication / Supervision of Others
Mentors departmental supervisors and holds them accountable for department budgets and goals.
Provides leadership, support, and coaching in order for departmental supervisors to effectively manage.
Ensures departments’ and supervisors’ activities are in alignment with strategic initiatives.
Addresses clinician issues collaboratively with dyad partner when necessary for department improvements and compliance.
Risk Management
Practices risk management strategies in ensuring that departments are practicing safe patient care and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Ensures employees are working in a safe environment by minimizing their risk for injury or illness.
Development and Growth
Responsible for developing business plans for responsible departments in concert with the operational leadership team [department chair, director, supervisor, division chair, Chief Operating Officer (COO)].
Works with the finance department as necessary to assist with Return on Investment for capital equipment and new services.
Provides creative and innovative thought in developing departments and seeking efficiencies through quality methodologies.
Engages in reading and seminars to ensure knowledge is relevant to the movement of healthcare in the United States (government initiatives, mandates, best practices, safety, and quality).
