PRN - Weekday and Weekend Coverage
This position is an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare across the continuum of age in a variety of healthcare settings.
OMC FastCare, General Information :
- OMC FastCare clinic accepts both walk-in and MyChart pre-scheduled appointments, providing a set menu of services, treating age 12-months and older.

Two Rochester locations - FastCare North and FastCare SouthOpen Monday - SundayWeekday hours (generally 12-hour shifts) : 830am - 830pm.
Weekend hours (8-hour shifts) : 9am - 5pmWeekend shifts are on a predictable, rotating schedule
FastCare is closed on holidays observed by OMCAdvanced Practice Registered Nurses - APRN’s :
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Masters or Doctorate degreeLicensed as a registered nurse and as an APRN by the Minnesota Board of NursingCertified by a national credentialing boardCertified by specialtyMust complete continuing education and professional development beyond formal education as outlined by certifying bodyPhysician Assistant - PA’s :
Graduate of an accredited physician assistant programLicensed by Minnesota Board of MedicineCertified through National Commission on Certification of Physician AssistantsCertification by specialty is also availableMust complete continuing education and professional development beyond formal education as outlined by certifying bodyBoth APC positions will also have :
Basic Life Support (Advanced Life Support as required by your area of practice)DEA registrationPass background checkRegister with the Minnesota Prescriptive Monitoring Program (PMP).Expectations include :
