We are seeking highly motivated individuals who aspire to make a positive impact in their

community by assisting families with not only a financial safety net through insurance products

but with building family legacies. You do not need any prior experience to be successful.

Daily, we are contacted by people who are looking for financial peace of mind. Our clients come

to us interested in protecting their families and investments. You will follow up on client

requests (warm leads) and present them with a plan that will provide the security they are

searching for to cover their family…. and get paid very well to do so.

In this role you are your own boss, you chart your own path for success, write your own

paycheck… as large as you’d like it to be. No one will tell you your position has been

eliminated, you’re out of work. You are an independent contractor with a schedule of your

choice, a business owner with very little financial investment to build and maintain.

Our leads program sets you up for success, top producers take full advantage of the program,

turning solid, fresh leads into sales! These leads have contacted us recently expressing interest in

our products… no cold calling is needed, no need to spend grueling hours each day trying to

create your own network to market.

Along with our outstanding leads program, we have a proven system we share with you. This

includes scripts, conference calls, and a very active mentoring team who have a track record of

You may choose to work completely remote (virtual), or conduct meetings over zoom. Your

choice as the business owner.

It is our goal to add 4-5 agents to handle a large area that has been inundated with client requests.

We are only looking for candidates that are ready to win so you must be coachable and

motivated. If you are ready and willing to learn, we are eager to work with you. If you are an

existing agent, we are happy to share how joining our agency will make the difference in your

bottom line you are looking for.

No experience is necessary but the entrepreneurial drive is needed to be successful!
