Construction Crew Leader Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance to company and industry standards
- Jobsite management, examine, and inspect job progress
- Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
- Safely operate company equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
- Must be comfortable working outside and walk on uneven ground
- Must have a valid drivers license with a favorable driving record
- We are a drug free workplace, must undergo a pre-employment drug test
