About the Role:
As the Night Audit Manager at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions during the overnight shift. You will oversee the night audit team and ensure that all daily revenue is reconciled and reported accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's overnight operations, including guest services and security. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Certification in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
