Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves project coordination, data entry, and assisting with office management duties to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process work orders as requested by our customers.
- Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring daily work orders are turned in.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to operate office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
- Manage Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed.
- Support overall office management tasks to maintain an organized work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.86 - $20.00 per hour
