Role Description
This is a 1-3 month contract role with possibility for a full-time position for a mechanical engineer specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is located in Concord, North Carolina. Site visit(s) are required but able to work remote after he has familiarized himself with the scope. Applicant must be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and clean room environments.
This applicant will need to size new HVAC systems for a warehouse and asses the existing HVAC system in the entire facility. Applicant will be asked to create design drawings through red-lines and/or autocad.
Qualifications
- HVAC Design and HVAC skills
- Proficient in calculations related to HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
