6 months with contract extension possible
Role Description
We would need someone who is familiar with the qualification of equipment associated with IV solution manufacturing including the following:
- Extrusion equipment
- IV bag manufacturing equipment
- Filling equipment
- Bag printing equipment (hot stamp foil printers)
- Automated Vision Inspection Systems
- Sterilizers (Superheater Water Spray Sterilizers)
- Packaging equipment
- Temperature Controlled Units (Freezer, Refrigerators, Incubators)
- Laboratory Equipment (Microbiology, Chemistry)
These resources will be assisting with execution activities and must have good written and oral communication skills. Duties may include:
- Protocol Development (IQ/OQ/PPQ)
- Protocol Execution
- Final Report Development (IQ/OQ/PPQ)
- Coordinating with manufacturing and engineering on schedules and communicating status
- Use of the Kneat e-validation system is a plus
- Use of ellab probes a plus
- Nights and weekend activities will be required.
Experience level: 3-8 years should be sufficient.
Qualifications
- Chemical Process Engineering and Process Engineering skills
- Experience in Process Design and Process Control
- Knowledge of the Chemical Industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Experience with process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Project management skills
- Must have pharmaceutical or semi-conductor industry experience
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
