Epic Systems Analyst Direct Hire / Perm Opportunity (Base plus Full Benefits)
Remote with 1 day onsite in Houston, TX area

Epic OpTime, Epic Anesthesia Certification (Preferred)
Primary responsibilities
- Managing Epic OpTime Anesthesia security access requests for new employees, transfers etc. Experience building templates and sub templates and experience troubleshooting complex security issues
- Staff and Physician SER authorizations for new employees, transfers, suspensions etc.
- DC Mover for OpTime / Anesthesia
- Experience leading Epic upgrades including experience with Nova Note review / assignment
- Anesthesia build (Pre, Intra, Post and out of OR including L&D and Endovascular Radiology (Procedure notes, close encounter checks)
- Epic Perfusion support experience
- OpTime build / support (Endoscopy, PAT, Preop, Intraop, L&D, Post Op, Case Scheduling, Procedure Pass, AVS, Print Mapping)
- OpTime and Anesthesia charge build and support (Time / Level / ProcedureNote / Supplies / Implants)
- Surgeon workflows, Case request and surgical orders, prep for surgery, H&P, Interval H&P, Brief OpNote, Full OpNote
- Support of non-Epic applications used within the Surgery, Endoscopy and Sterile Processing departments
