Customer Service Associate/Dispatch

The Customer Service Associate is an integral part of providing responsive and efficient service to the Customers with onsite sewage treatment systems and those with sewer and drain line cleaning service needs. The Customer Service Associate has substantial contact with Customers to include scheduling appointments, consultation, dispatch and daily organization of work orders for multiple technicians. AND absolute dynamic follow up for the best Customer experience possible.

The Customer Service Associate will work in a collaborative environment to optimize resources and be flexible in meeting the demands of schedule changes to address emergency service requests. The importance of proven skill in resource management and attention to detail cannot be stressed enough. Scope of work will include, but not be limited to, data entry, information management, light accounting such as invoicing and receiving payments, and a variety of administrative support tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Desktop required. Experience in dispatch and logistics a plus. Post high school education preferred, but real-life experience and contributions are most important.
