Job Description
As a member of the Talent Development team, the LMS Assistant will help maintain the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), work closely with Talent Development specialists to assist in implementation of firm-wide training initiatives, and ensure technical support is provided to all employees in a timely manner. This role will collaborate on a variety of talent development programs and will meet deadlines for reporting information throughout the firm's talent management annual cycle. This role will also work closely with employees and teams in our field services practice to ensure role-specific training requirements are met and reported on appropriately.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE, or Omaha, NE office locations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related area preferred

Additional skills required:
- Able to learn and process the LMS purpose, structure, and concepts:
- Production vs. test environment
- Data feeds in and out of the LMS and trouble shooting those errors
- LMS administration such as user records, learning transcript records, assignments including dynamic assignments, and curriculum structure and configuration
- Training requests and approvals including roster reconciliation
- Compass Support inbox and troubleshooting with new employees
- Organizes and produces information and/or materials to be included in various firmwide talent development programs related to leadership and employee development and/or training.
- Establishes, communicates, and meets deadlines for timely completion of talent development activities.
- Ability to learn software and online systems to accomplish LMS tasks
