Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Fabricator Machine Operator to join a company in Lamar/Darlington area.
As a Fabricator Machine Oeprator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of fabricated parts.
You will work with various tools, read blueprints, and ensure that products meet quality standards and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monday-Thursday
4:30 PM- 3:00 AM
$18.00 hourly with a $2.00 differential rate

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour

As a Fabricator Machine Oeprator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of fabricated parts.
You will work with various tools, read blueprints, and ensure that products meet quality standards and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines, such as CNC machines, lathes, and other fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine specifications.
- Inspect materials, finished products, and equipment for compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work area.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain production efficiency.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in machine operation, fabrication, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, mills, and lathes is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
