Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bennettsville, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager production supervisor to join their growing team!
The main responsibility of a production supervisor is to supervise employees in a food processing and assembling environment : plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, operating procedures and working conditions.
Role Qualifications :
- Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, and cost) and increase subordinates' skills and capabilities.
- Must be able to assist Operations Manager in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.
Position Responsibilities :
Essential Skills & Experience :
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (A.A.) preferred . High School diploma or equivalent required; or three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay rate for this position is $20 an hour with a chance to become permanent with the client.

Pay Details : $20.00 per hour
