About The Role :
The melin Partnership Program (MPP) Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of melins custom designs in collaboration with some of the worlds most premium partners.
This role will work closely with MPP management and the MPP design team to align on ideas, direction, and own the design process for these collaborative projects. The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, extremely detail oriented, and will use these traits to bring new projects to life.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Own the design and tech pack creation process for each MPP project as instructed by the MPP Project Manager and Graphic Designer from initial concepting phase through final handoff for production.
- Effectively organize, manage, and maintain design file libraries on internal servers and Asana to ensure access and availability for future use.
- Work with MPP Product Developer to troubleshoot designs during the development process as needed.
- Work with management to identify improvements and innovations related to the design process focusing on efficiency, quality, timing and creative new techniques.
- Assist MPP Management and team members with other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Education, Experience Requirements :
Location & Office Structure : This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation : The hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $31.00 per hour. Hourly rate is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
