Hiring for a full time role working Tuesday - Saturday, with occasional Sunday event coverage.
Customer Service & Showroom Floor Sales Representative must be able to provide superb service to showroom customers as a primary and backup rep. They must also be able to provide superb service to customers by phone and email. They excel in effective teamwork and communication with a wide variety of personalities and positions through strong communication skills. Additionally, they must be open to feedback and coaching.
Primary responsibilities and duties may include any combination of the following:
Showroom Duties
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment to showroom customers
- Facilitate regular changes to the showroom floor displays to attract customers
- Be an active member of the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Provide back up to team due to high traffic, staff outages or events
- Educate the customer on our company and its products
- Open and close the store and be customer ready during store hours
- Maintain an orderly and attractive showroom
Customer Service Duties
- Respond to phone or email inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues with team members and managers
- Maintain adequate knowledge of all company products and services
- Handle any and all customer complaints appropriately and professionally
- Schedule customer deliveries
- Follow up with customers on product satisfaction
Miscellaneous
- Follow company policies outlined in the employee handbook
- Field any new ideas for company events/promotions/items through regional manager
- Move heavier showroom items as needed
- Cleaning the showroom
- Other duties as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- One year or more of high-value sales experience or related field
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle change

- Organizational skills
- Basic computer, email and phone knowledge

- Basic grammar and spelling knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Customer Service experience
- Google Spreadsheets knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of organic living or similar

Working Conditions:
Requires up to 7.5 hours per day of working on your feet. Moving 35lb objects from bed to bed, or climbing up a stepstool to reach the product.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.66 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
